Why buy now?
In this crazy market I think the media has scared our buyers. The truth of the matter is that this truly is a buyers market. Prices have dropped dramatically, there is a lot of inventory to pick from whether you are looking for a home, commercial or vacant land, also the interest rates have gone down and the solid banks that have stayed around have some great programs. If you are a buyer and waiting I say buy now because we are in California and all past trends show that the market will go up.
